Here at Denis Kinane Motors, our aftersales department is now reopen to the public from Monday 18th May. The safety of our customers and staff is paramount and in the current climate, is more important than ever.

We have therefore taken guidance from the Government and introduced a number of new measures to protect our customers and staff.

  • Social Distancing

    When you arrive on our premises you will notice straight away that how we interact with customers is different. In line with government guidelines both customers and staff must keep 2m apart.

    In order to control the number of people on site we will now be running a 'Book an Appointment' or 'Book a Service' only. You will receive a specific appointment time for your service. If possible, please only enter the building by yourself.

  • Hygiene

    As well as increasing our cleaning procedures throughout the showroom and servicing area, we have sanitising stations at each entrance and desk area. In addition, there is a no handshake rule is in effect across the business.

    When your vehicle is with us, all touchpoints such as the door handles, steering wheel etc will be disinfected. Our team will also use protection gear for the vehicle including seat & floor covers, steering wheel handles.

    Once the work on your vehicle is completed we will again disinfect all touchpoints and sanitise your vehicle. Once complete, your vehicle will remain locked until collected.

    When it's time to collect your vehicle we have different ways for you to pay contactless, including Apple & Google Pay. However, in the event you wish to pay via chip and pin, we will provide you with protective gloves so you can use our card machines.
